About Aaron Dalton
Aaron's culinary journey began locally, training at Brighton tech whilst working in pubs and restaurants around Brighton and Hove.
Inspired to learn more Aaron moved to London where he worked in a number of Michelin starred restaurants including Chez Bruce and Fera, with days off spent gaining further experience with legendary chefs including Marcus Wareing and Oliver Dabbous.
Most recently Aaron was head chef of the Smoking Goat, Soho where he garnered impressive reviews and led the team to achieve the accolade of 55th best restaurant in England.
Aaron's desire to return to Brighton marked an opportunity to finally put his own food onto the plate and in late 2016 Aaron moved back to his home town and FOUR began its journey.
Today, Aaron cooks experimental taster menus of modern, seasonal, British food using techniques from around the world with an emphasis on quality, fresh ingredients that are locally and UK sourced wherever possible.
The FOUR pop-up series is Aaron's opportunity to share his talent and experience with real foodies.
